Kevin and I did guided meditation on our first session together and going into it I didn’t expect at all what was going to happen. I wasn’t prepared for it. I started my healing journey a few years ago in 2013 . It was then when I discovered chakras and how we all have them. I had emotional trauma as a child and growing up, I learned the wrong way to deal emotions.. by suppressing them. It got to the point where I couldn't cry even when I wanted and needed to. I would shut people out. I was unable to speak about emotions. I knew there was a lot I needed to release and heal from that I couldn't do on my own. I have known Kevin for awhile and noticed one day on FB that he did energy alignments. So I scheduled a session sometime in 2015. My first session, Kevin had me lay down on a massage table and did a scan on my body by putting his hands over my chakras and gave me an energy reading. He let me know where I was at in my life and the blockages I had. He was dead on point! I was very impressed. During Reiki you can actually feel your energy moving. It starts feeling a little uneasy but nothing unbearable, then starts to feel light. Before the session I had blockages in my throat area , It was almost as if I couldn't speak, I felt mute and stuck, during the session my words became a lot more flowy . While he worked on my crown area, I felt vibration between his fingers and my temple and ear area which also cleared out . After the session I felt a lot lighter and even a week later I was still releasing many things I've suppressed , I was finally able to cry everything out and I felt great. Fast forward to 2 years later. I had a phone session with Kevin a month ago and was so blown away! He's as powerful over the phone as he is in person!. everything in the reading was dead on and made perfect sense , I wasn't grounded, very clouded , I was off alignment. He was able to hold space for me to see where I was at energetically. I was able to see truth about myself with things I always knew but was not ready to face. Kevin's session was a great memorable experience for me, he was very detailed about the things that I needed to work on in my life. About five hours before the session I was five min late picking up someone and they left before I arrived. During the session Kevin told me that my word was diminishing because I was not able to live up to commitments.
